Teresa

Yoga with Teresa

M/W/F 6am and the 1st Saturday of every month.

Teresa brings warmth, humor, and heartfelt energy to every class. Her passion for yoga shines through in creative vinyasa-style sequences designed to cultivate strength, flexibility, and body awareness. With a focus on mindful movement and honest self-connection, Teresa’s classes offer both physical benefits and a deep sense of serenity.

Joanne

Yoga with Joanne

M/W 9am

Every week, you’ll discover new sequences and challenges, ensuring that your body and mind will stay energized and constantly evolving.  I believe that Yoga should be playful and accessible, and my goal is to create a welcoming environment, where you can move at your own pace while pushing your limits just the right amount.  Whether you’re looking to unwind or get your heart pumping or simply enjoy a good time with a great community of people, this class is for you. Come for the flow, stay for the good vibes.

Yoga / Pilates with Amy

All Level Vinyasa Flow with a Sprinkling of Pilates with Amy

An OPEN INVITATION for everyone to make M/W evenings a time for coming together, bringing a buddy, and maybe hanging out afterward for some “spirits!” Expect a yoga class that ignites, inspires, and leaves you ready to take on the week.

Total Body Yoga with Trish

Total Body with Trish

Tuesday’s 5:30 pm (60 minutes); Thursday’s 4:30 pm (45 minutes)

Moving with intention. Strength with grace. Rest with purpose. Total Body is a feel-good hybrid class that fuses the mindful flow of yoga, with a focus on pilates, and the energizing boost of light dumbbell sculpting all wrapped in a warm, empowering atmosphere.  

Total Body with Trish is a feel-good hybrid class that fuses the mindful flow of yoga, the core focus of Pilates, and the energizing boost of light dumbbell sculpting - all wrapped in a warm, empowering atmosphere. We’ll start with breath-led movement to awaken the body, build into graceful strength sequences that challenge and empower, use light weights to tone and sculpt with control.

Gentle Yoga with Dani

Gentle Yoga with Dani

Thu 5:30pm

This is a class everyone needs to add to their weekly wellness plan.  This is Dani's niche and she delivers every Thursday.  Come to slow down, and sit a bit longer in the pose.

Brandy

Meditation with Brandy

Sun 5pm

Whether you're brand new to meditation or returning after a long pause, this class offers a gentle, welcoming space to slow down and reconnect. Brandy guides you through accessible, heart-centered meditations rooted in peace, self-awareness, and the power of simply being still.

With compassion and clarity, she meets you where you are - no pressure, no perfection. Just the opportunity to pause, breathe, and come back to yourself. Because when one person finds peace, it quietly ripples outward to the world around them.
