Yoga for EveryBODY

Grounded in Movement . Rooted in Healing.

welcome to

TANA Yoga Studio

I didn’t set out to own a studio—I set out to share yoga. This practice has challenged me, changed me, and continues to be one of the greatest gifts of my life. Over the years, quiet nudges led me to expand what TANA offers. What began with yoga has grown into a space for strength training, Pilates, meditation, workshops, events and more.  It hasn’t always been easy to stretch beyond what felt familiar, but ten years in, TANA has become something truly special—for everyBODY and every season of life. I’m still a yoga student. Some days, getting on the mat feels impossible—between teaching special education full time, running this business, and healing from back surgery. But I keep showing up. And that, to me, is the real practice.

This space holds a personal connection for me.  It's located directly across the street from where my dad was a barber. I didn't realize the significance at first - until one late night, standing high on scaffolding, tired and second-guessing everything.  I looked out the window and saw the sign: DeAngelo's. It felt like he was telling me to go for it. My hope is that this space holds room for your story too - for your movement, your stillness, your healing, and your strength.  Welcome, I'm so glad you're here.
